Richie SchultzDirector B. Arts (Architecture), Richie is a Director of Insite Architects situated in the Geelong office. Richie contributes over 15 years experience in the Architectural industry both locally and nationally. With extensive experience in residential, commercial, educational, public and institutional commissions, Richie has a proven track record in producing high quality concepts and developing these into the spaces and buildings we use today. For me it all started out with a very keen interest in all things Lego which then morphed into woodwork, metalwork, and furniture both new and restoration. I remember scavenging old furniture from my grandparents’ sheds and restoring to suit a new retro look. This probably explains my hoarding nature. I love getting my hands dirty on my next renovation or building project which keeps me grounded somewhat with practicality while still pushing the boundaries. I have a love of the outdoors, bush and regularly enjoy time in it which clears the mind and keep things in perspective. This also feeds my environmental streak wanting to preserve the nature we have left. |
