Master Planning
Master Planning considers the proposed site against land use requirements, topographic considerations, environmental assessment and the neighbourhood character to create the opportunity for appropriate land use and development. The importance of master planning cannot be overemphasised as the success of any staged facility or land use is directly related to the quality of the master plan on which it is based.
Insite Architects has experience in providing master plans, especially for existing educational instituations. These provide for staged development and repair.
