Havilah on Palmerston

This project involved the redevelopment of an entire block in central Maryborough. The new facility will consist of 46 independent living units, 30 bed nursing home and the refurbishment of an existing heritage listed building into a community centre. Stage 1 of this project being constructed and due for completion in June 2011. Stage 2 will begin mid 2011. Construction on the 30 bed nursing home commenced in April 2011.
