Healesville Sanctuary Bistro

The café was upgraded to integrate with the surrounding bush landscape. Our Interior Designer incorporated colors, textures and materials from the surrounding sanctuary drawing them into the café space. Whilst the facilities were modernized interior design creates synergies within the indoor and outdoor spaces.

We worked closely with Harvest, the catering operator, to ensure that the kitchens and food prep and retail section all worked to create an efficient operational flow – achieving successful outcomes.
