Jacob’s Reserve Scout Hall

The existing Scout Hall and Toy Library situated in the park was a much loved, but neglected building. Insite renovated the building, added a kitchen, dining area and toilet facilities to produce a welcoming and updated community facility.

The floor to ceiling windows at the back of the building provides an abundance of natural light which works to reduce greenhouse emissions. The entry provides a welcoming and interesting point of difference with an almost mythical look to the design work on the grille.

The building is situated in the hollow of the park and the design blends the new renovation with the older building.
