Conversion of a listed building, Former Bank of New South Wales and a focal point on the important Lydiard and Sturt Street Ballarat historic precinct.

 

The historic fabric was allowed to be untouched with bathrooms added as pods and amendments for BCA designed to extend or relocate existing stairs and passages to achieve egress.
